Description
Our client, a world wide leader in the food ingredient field, needs two production supervisors--one in north central Illinois and one in northwest Wisconsin. Must be able to plan, organize and direct manpower to meet production requirements of customers, provide quality product and ensure schedules are met.

Requirements

Two or more years hands-on, progressively responsible, supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably with Bachelors degree in Food Science, chemical engineering or related field.

Coach, motivate, train and effectively manage the performance of production staff.

Develop, recommend, and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.

Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency.

Highly effective leadership and coaching skills.

Solid computer, planning and problem-solving skills are a must.

Ability to work any shift and weekends as scheduled.
