Description

Production Supervisor opportunity at a Food Processor and Distribution Center in Idaho. Looking for candidates that they can promote for a great future with the company!

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising processing operations to meet all production & quality requirements, coordinate with maintenance personnel, ensure compliance with established standards/procedures involving safety, sanitation, GMP's, and other plant programs. Initiate/implement actions to improve cost of operations on production processes. Assist in the development of appropriate budget planning, cost control, labor/employee relations.

This position is assigned to the night shift initially and reports to the Plant Manager. Schedule is 6 AM - 6 PM, typically M - TH.

Requirements
4-year college degree preferred. 2 - 4 years supervisory experience in plant operations preferable in food manufacturing. Be a strong self-motivated leader. Bonus participation program available at 7.5%. Relocation assistance would also be available.
