PRODUCTION MANAGER--NATURAL CHEESE (Wisconsin) Confidential Search. This position oversees first process in cheese production: milk intake, separation, up to cheesemaking. Eight supervisors will report to the Production Manager and 90+ employees as indirect reports..

Requirements
College degree preferred, but not required. Cheese experience a must! Strong leadership qualities and communication skills.
