Leadership Trainee participates in cross functional projects under the guidance of a designated mentor in an effort to develop people for supervisor/management positions throughout the company. Participants will be involved in cross training activities to develop their vision and understanding of corporate and plant processes and goals. This position is designed to cover for absences of other team members at the designated shift & location(s).
Requirements
Strong working knowledge of poultry production processing techniques and methods; one to three years of previous experience required High school diploma required; bachelors degree in management or related field preferred or willing to obtain Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong ability to analyze and resolve complex management problems Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent conflict management and problem solving skills Demonstrated ability to effectively work with others to identify and capitalize on opportunities that result in successful implementation of changes for the benefit of the business.
