Opportunity to join one of the world's largest wine makers and be on the fast track to an Operations Manager position.

Company cultivates more than 3,000 acres in Central California. The company is family-owned and one of the largest distributors of wine in the US, exporting wines to 90 countries. The company employs a creative and talented team of more than 5,000 people.

This Warehouse Team Lead will work the second shift (approx. 3 - 11 p.m.) and manage 20 to 30 union employees. Managing in-flow of materials and out-flow of product. Identify areas for improvement so a background in LEAN manufacturing and/or continuous improvement would be very helpful.

Requirements
Strong leadership skills; Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of warehouse or operations experience or high school diploma and 6 years of warehouse or operations experience; Ability to motivate union employees through engaging personality; Ability to manage conflict or non-performing employee issues; Strong manufacturing background; Will not consider 3rd party warehouse experience.
