Manages and has 24-hour responsibility for cellar, bottling and warehouse functions including manufacturing and storage of finished goods and all components, including wine, materials and labor. Focuses efforts on ensuring teams are safely delivering superior quality and quantity, on time, continuously and efficiently, at the lowest cost. Also is responsible for project and cross-functional leadership as well as a 10-million dollar operating budget.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of production or operations management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility OR 9 years of production or operations management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. 2 years of team leadership or management experience. On-call availability for all 3 shifts (day, swing and graveyard shifts). Experience maintaining a project, department, or organizational budget. Manufacturing/continuous improvement experience.
