URGENT NEED - NEWLY CREATED ON PREMISE SALES MANAGER
Our client is offering an excellent opportunity and a newly created position " On Premise Sales Manager" to assist in developing and executing strategic sales plans for the company's core brands. The Sales Manager will be responsible for business development throughout the Southwest in all class of CPG trades (Retail, Convenience, Club, Gaming, Restaurants). This high energy professional "Doer" will hit the ground running - opening up doors with a combination of direct sales, working with distributors and brokers throughout the region - setting up distribution programs across the country.
Newly created position - client recently acquired the license for a specific new brand for branded beverage products (21 year license)
Travel %: 30 -50% to set up distribution programs across the region
Requirements
Major Responsibilities / Duties / Goals: Develop, implement, and manage marketing-driven business development sales strategy that builds brands while achieving overall financial targets and corporate goals. Seeking sales professional to move the company along, drive the process, create channel strategy, set up distribution programs across the country. Define and build strong brand equity with consumers and target classes of trade.
Qualification Requirements: Minimum of 2 - 5 years sales experience in branded consumer beverage product or similar CPG product. Previous sales experience within the specialty beverage industry is highly desired.(i.e. products like Monster, RockStar, Red Bull) Bachelor's Degree required (highly desired) High energy level, resourceful, results-oriented, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities. * MUST BE A DOER! * Experience working with independent distributors.
