Job Description

Dry-blend and liquid products manufacturer seeking leader to develop a team of food scientists and culinary experts in custom-designed ingredient systems to meet customers' performance needs for their food products. The position also has bench responsibilities to complement the team's productivity, and must lead the development of new technologies.

Job Requirements

Requires a PhD in Food Science or related field, 5+ years in a food processing company with product development experience, 5+ years in a supervisory / management role, ability to relocate to NJ (company headquarters).
