Job Description
Highly Visible QA Manager - Fast Growing Company - Dayton, OH
Major manufacturer of topping products for foodservice operators. It serves retailers, wholesalers, and food service distributors.
This position will be responsible for over-all supervision of the quality functions including the daily review of QA documentation, label maintenance, plant/vendor/outside warehouse audits, food safety/security, customer complaints, in addition to supervising the department staff.
Job Requirements
Candidates should have experience in the following:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry (or a related field) REQUIRED
5 or more years of hands on supervisory experience in the dairy/food industry REQUIRED
SQF or BRC experience required
Diary experience preferred
