Responsible for all food and beverage service for the Club. Directly supervises the Catering Manager and front of house staff. Plan, implement and monitor budgets for loss prevention and accuracy. Hires, trains and supervises subordinates and applies relevant marketing principles to assure that the wants and needs of residents and guests are consistently exceeded. Responsible for the daily operations of restaurant operations and guest service, providing a quality dining experience for all guests. This position requires an ABC card.
