• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a food manufacturing facility.
• Experience with BRC or other GFSI compliant certification systems.
• HACCP and/or PCQI certification required.
• Ability to understand customer specifications and perform chemical and microbiological testing while following proper laboratory procedures.
• Thorough understanding of GMP, SOP, SSOP, FDA, and traceability.
