With over 200 different kinds of craft beers, we have the biggest selection in the area. We also have a constantly rotating tap with 18 lines of amazing local products. Every time a keg kicks, it's replaced with something entirely different. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LINE COOK
As a Line Cook, you are a vital part of our kitchen team. In this entry-level position, you support our operations by assembling food to order. Working alongside more experienced cooks, you quickly develop new skills as you learn the fundamentals of cooking professionally. You prepare a rotating menu of seasonal small plates, giving you the opportunity to work with a wide variety of ingredients and observe a range of culinary techniques. In addition to assembling food, you help us maintain a clean, safe kitchen and work diligently to maintain our rigorous food safety standards. Your satisfaction comes from developing your cooking skills while working with an amazing team!

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A LINE COOK
This position is full-time or part-time. Full-time employees typically work 40 hours across 5 days a week. There is overtime available for those who want it. Our kitchen opens at 11 AM and closes at 9 PM on weekdays and at 10 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. On Sundays, we are open from 10 AM - 3 PM. No late nights are required!
